Summary

Join the World’s Finest duo, Batman and Superman, as they adventure throughout the DC Universe, facing down threats of all shapes and sizes – assuming they can put their personal differences aside when tempers start to flair!

Do you think you know how Superman and Batman met and became friends? Think again! An unholy alliance of Kryptonian malevolence and the Riddler’s calculating puzzles brings the Man of Steel and the Caped Crusader together for the first time. Can they overcome their own preconceived notions of each other to forge a bond and save the Earth?

And let us not forget the World’s Finest’s own villainous rivals, Lex Luthor and The Joker. See how the two of them meet for the first time as Lex tries to harness the Joker’s own madness to find a magical artifact of unspeakable power! What could go wrong?

The World’s Finest architect Mark Waid (Kingdom Come, The Flash), artist Travis G. Moore (Nightwing, Wonder Woman), and others bring you these tales and more in Batman/Superman: World’s Finest: Vol. 5: Secret Origins, collecting Batman/Superman: World’s Finest #18-19, #25 and the 2024 Annual!
