Courtney McKinney-Whitaker is a historical fiction and nonfiction author. Her novel, "The Last Sister," received the IPPY Silver Medal for Historical Fiction.
Contemporary Pennsylvania artist Jill Peckelun is an outdoor and studio painter. She has won numerous awards in juried fine art exhibitions on a regional, national and international basis, and regional plein air festivals.
