Summary

Born to a long line of heroes, Prince Alexander's life was extraordinary from the start. While still just a boy he proved his strength by taming his own horse and killing the fiercest wild boar. When he was only 20 years old, his father was cruelly murdered and Alexander became king of Macedon. Not happy with just that, Alexander swiftly set off to conquer the known world. On his travels to the farthest edges of Asia, he won lands, founded cities, and saw amazing sights. Book jacket.
